Thank you for your order from Ivry-B! We appreciate your business and want to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience. This policy outlines the guidelines for order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 5 days of payment and before shipment is made. We will refund the value of the order minus a 5% fee for the administration and any other costs incurred.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] as soon as possible.
We will confirm the cancellation by email and process any necessary refunds within 3 business days.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for unused and unopened beehives within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the beehive.
Returned beehives must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Israel unless we inform you otherwise.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective beehive, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with a detailed description of the damage as well as photos of the damaged part.
We will guide the customer of possible remedies to complete the installation (if possible)
If a part is damaged beyond repair or fix, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund upon verification of the damage/defect.
International Orders
Our return policy applies to international orders as well.
However, please be aware that you may be responsible for any additional customs fees or import duties incurred due to the return.
Warranty Information
Our beehives come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty of 12 full months. During this period Ivry-B will replace any damaged part that does not function as intended.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds for products that do not meet the above conditions, or for custom-made beehives.
